School History
Township Three School was built on a 34.2 acre site about a mile north of Earl, North Carolina. The school was built in 1910 by the construction firm of Martin, Boal, Johnson and Anthony.

The school membership has evolved over the past sixty years from three major school communities. Township Three High School was organized and built on the present location in 1931 with students from Patterson Springs and Earl. With consolidation in the 1967 and the creation of Crest High School, Township Three became an elementary school still serving basically the same two communities.

We welcome any additional historical information pertaining to Township Three and our school community.
